How do I check my wallet balance?
You can check your wallet balance in multiple ways:
- Visit your Account page - the balance is displayed prominently at the top
- During checkout - your available balance is shown in the payment options
- View transaction history - see all wallet activities and current balance
How can I add money to my wallet?
Adding money to your wallet is simple and secure:
- Go to your Account page and click on "Add Money" or "Top Up Wallet"
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Choose from multiple payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Digital Wallets
- Complete the payment - funds are added instantly to your wallet
Can I withdraw money from my wallet?
Yes, you can withdraw money from your wallet through the payout system:
- Navigate to the Account page and select "Payouts"
- Request a payout for available balance
- Funds are transferred to your registered bank account
- Processing time is typically 3-5 business days
What is the minimum balance required in my wallet?
There is no minimum balance requirement for your wallet. You can maintain any balance amount, including zero. The wallet is designed to be flexible - use it when you have funds, or leave it empty if you prefer other payment methods.
Are there any fees for wallet transactions?
Our wallet system is designed to be fee-friendly:
- No fees for adding money to your wallet
- No fees for using wallet balance for purchases
- No maintenance fees or hidden charges
- Standard payment gateway charges may apply when adding money (varies by payment method)
How long does it take for wallet transactions to reflect?
Transaction processing times vary by type:
- Adding money: Instant - funds appear immediately after successful payment
- Purchases: Instant - balance is deducted immediately when you complete checkout
- Rewards/Cashback: Usually instant, but may take a few minutes depending on the reward type
- Refunds: 5-7 business days after return processing
What happens to my wallet balance if my account is deleted?
If you choose to delete your account:
- Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your registered payment method or bank account
- You must request account deletion through customer support
- Refund processing takes 7-10 business days
- All pending transactions must be completed before account deletion

How do I create an account?
Creating an account is quick and easy:
- Click on "Register" or "Sign Up" in the top navigation
- Enter your first name, last name, and mobile number
- You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your mobile
- Enter the OTP to verify your mobile number
- Optionally enter a referral code during registration for bonus rewards
- Your account is created and ready to use!
How do I update my account information?
To update your account information:
- Go to your Profile page from the main menu
- Click on "Edit Profile" or the edit icon
- Update your name, email, or other personal details
- Click "Save" to apply changes
- Changes are saved immediately and reflected across your account
What is my account status and what does it mean?
Your account status indicates the current state of your account:
- Active: Your account is fully functional and you can make purchases, earn rewards, and access all features
- Inactive: Your account may be temporarily suspended - contact support for assistance
- Deleted: Your account has been permanently removed - you'll need to create a new account to use our services
You can check your account status on your Profile page or Account summary.
How can I verify my email address?
To verify your email address:
- Go to your Profile page
- If you haven't added an email, click "Add Email"
- Enter your email address and click "Send Verification Email"
- Check your email inbox for a verification link
- Click the verification link to confirm your email
- Your email will be verified and linked to your account
Can I delete my account? What happens to my data?
Yes, you can delete your account, but please note:
- Account deletion must be requested through customer support
- All pending orders must be completed or cancelled first
- Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded
- Your personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy
- Order history and transaction records may be retained for legal/compliance purposes
- This action is irreversible - you'll need to create a new account to use our services again
How do I change my password?
Our platform uses OTP-based authentication, so you don't need to remember or change passwords. To access your account, simply enter your mobile number and request an OTP. This eliminates password-related security concerns while maintaining strong account protection. If you need to change your mobile number, contact customer support for assistance.
What is "Member since" and where is it displayed?
"Member since" shows the date when you created your account:
- It's displayed on your Profile page in the profile summary section
- It's also shown on your Account page in the account summary
- The date is automatically set when you complete registration
- It helps you track how long you've been a member of our platform
How do I manage my saved addresses?
Managing your addresses is easy:
- Go to your Profile page and navigate to the "Addresses" section
- Add address: Click "Add New Address" and fill in the details
- Edit address: Click the edit icon on any saved address
- Delete address: Click the delete icon to remove an address
- Set default: Mark an address as default for faster checkout
- You can save multiple addresses for different delivery locations
What information is shown in my account summary?
Your account summary provides a quick overview of your account:
- Member since: Date when you created your account
- Account status: Current status (Active/Inactive/Deleted)
- Wallet balance: Current available balance
- Total earnings: Cumulative rewards and earnings
- Total orders: Number of orders placed (shown on Profile page)

What is the difference between credit and rewards?
Understanding the difference:
- Rewards: Points or cashback earned through various activities (orders, reviews, referrals, tasks)
- Credit: The actual money value added to your wallet from rewards
- When you earn rewards, they are automatically converted to credit and added to your wallet
- Credit in your wallet can be used immediately for purchases or withdrawn
How are monthly earnings calculated?
Monthly earnings show your total rewards earned in the current month:
- Includes all rewards earned from orders, tasks, referrals, and other activities
- Calculated from the 1st of the month to the current date
- Resets at the beginning of each new month
- View monthly earnings on your Account page in the reward aggregation section
What are pending earnings and when do they become available?
Pending earnings are rewards that have been earned but not yet credited:
- Order rewards: Pending until order is delivered and confirmed
- Referral rewards: Pending until referred friend completes their first order
- Review rewards: Pending until review is approved
- Task rewards: Pending until task completion is verified
- Once verified, pending earnings are automatically credited to your wallet
- Check your Rewards page to see pending vs. completed earnings
What are completed tasks and how do they affect my rewards?
Completed tasks are activities you've finished that earn rewards:
- Tasks include writing reviews, completing surveys, referral bonuses, and monthly goals
- Each completed task earns you a specific reward amount
- Rewards from completed tasks are credited to your wallet
- Completed tasks count toward your total earnings and loyalty status

How do I track tasks I've started?
Tracking your tasks is easy:

When and how do I receive payouts?

- Partial payment: Use part of your balance and pay the rest with other methods
- Withdraw: Request a payout to transfer funds to your bank account
- Save: Keep rewards in your wallet for future purchases
- All rewards are immediately available in your wallet once credited
