This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of NAUNIHAL SON'S VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("NSVPL") on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the nsvpl Service, via the nsvpl website, your mobile phone, or through one of "NSVPL" applications for mobile devices (including but not limited to iOS/Android applications). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of your User Agreement with NSVPL and all capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined herein, shall have the respective meanings as ascribed to them in the User Agreement.

The information provided below is collected in order to provide the selected services and fulfill legal obligations as well as obligations towards third parties, as stated in our User Agreement.

"Personal Information" of the User includes the information shared by the User and collected by us for the following purposes:

We may receive additional information about you from public and commercially-available sources and other third parties. Distributors may also share information about you with Herbalife Nutrition. If you access third-party services, such as Facebook, Google, or Twitter through the Sites, to login to the Sites or to share information about your experience on the Sites with others, we may collect information from these third-party services. We may combine all of the information we collect and receive about you, both online and offline, and use or disclose it in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

We may also receive the following types of personal information about you from our Distributors, depending on what you choose to provide to them: name, contact information, payment information, and wellness information (including but not limited to height, weight, BMI).

We reserve the rights to revise the Privacy Policy from time to time to suit various legal, business and customer requirement. We will duly notify the users as may be necessary.
