1. Acceptance of Terms

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing or using the website www.nsvpl.in ("Platform"), owned by NAUNIHAL SON'S VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use this Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use this Platform. Minors or "incompetent persons" are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any reward programs.

3. Reward System & Promotional Nature

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

  • Not a Financial Instrument: Reward points, credits, or incentives issued on this Platform are purely promotional and have NO intrinsic cash value.
  • Non-Transferable: Rewards cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash with third parties.
  • No Purchase: You cannot purchase reward points with money. They are earned strictly through valid promotional activities (e.g., referrals, purchases).
  • Discretionary: The Company reserves the solitary right to grant, withhold, suspend, or cancel rewards at any time without prior notice.

4. No Gambling / No Lottery / No Game of Chance

The Reward System is NOT a lottery, sweepstake, game of chance, or betting activity under the Public Gambling Act, 1867 or any other Indian law. Rewards are based on specific, predefined actions (e.g., successful sale, valid referral) and do not rely on luck or chance. Any terminology such as "win", "jackpot", or "luck" used in marketing is purely for creative expression and does not imply a game of chance.

5. Affiliate & Referral Program

Participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by our Affiliate Policy. Users are independent contractors and not employees of the Company. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes (Income Tax, GST) on your earnings. The Company will deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 where applicable.

6. User Conduct & Fraud

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. If you are found:

  • Creating fake accounts or self-referrals;
  • Manipulating the system; or
  • Violating these Terms;

Your account will be immediately suspended, and all accrued rewards/commissions will be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to initiate civil or criminal proceedings against such acts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or loss of rewards due to technical glitches or policy changes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal liabilities arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION: You expressly agree that any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be subject to the EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction of the courts situated in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, to the exclusion of all other courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform signifies compliance with the updated Terms.
