Refund Policy

1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery. Returned products must reach our warehouse within 14 days from the date of return initiation.
2. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
3. Refund processing typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
4. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.

6. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
7. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
8. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
9. For Exchange, Exchanges will be applicable only for the same product and It will be delivered within 10 days of the exchange product received at our warehouse.
10. For Exchange, We only exchange or refund the product that is in good condition as received by the customer.
