To maintain the integrity of the NSVPL ecosystem, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy towards fraud, abuse, and misuse of our services, rewards, and affiliate programs.

2. What Constitutes Fraud?

The following actions are considered fraudulent and strictly prohibited:

  • Account Farming: Creating multiple accounts to exploit sign-up bonuses or referral rewards.
  • Self-Referral: Referring yourself or using circular referral schemes among a group of friends/collusion.

  • Bot Activity: Using scripts, bots, or automation tools to interact with the Platform.
  • Identity Theft: Using another person's PAN, Bank Details, or Identity for KYC.

3. Monitoring & Detection

We employ advanced automated systems and manual reviews to detect suspicious patterns, including but not limited to:

  • Device Fingerprinting & IP Analysis.
  • Behavioral Analytics (speed of actions, referral patterns).
  • Cross-referencing Payment and KYC data.

4. Consequences of Violation

If fraud or abuse is detected/suspected:

  1. Immediate Suspension: Your account will be locked instantly without prior warning.
  2. Forfeiture: All accrued Rewards, Cashback, Wallet Balance, and Affiliate Commissions will be permanently forfeited.
  3. Blacklisting: Your credentials (PAN, Phone, Bank, Device ID) will be permanently blacklisted from the NSVPL ecosystem.
  4. Legal Action: We reserve the right to initiate civil and criminal proceedings under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and IT Act for fraud and cybercrime.
