Reward System Policy

1. Legal Classification of Rewards

DEFINITIONS: In this Policy, "Rewards", "Points", "Cashback", or "Credits" refer to promotional incentives granted by NSVPL.

IT IS HEREBY CLARIFIED THAT:

Rewards are NOT legal tender, currency, or stored value.
Rewards are NOT property and you have no vested property right in them.
Rewards are purely a marketing tool given at the sole discretion of the Company.

2. How to Earn Rewards

Rewards can only be earned through legitimate interactions defined by the Company, such as:

Making a qualified purchase.
Referring a legitimate new user who completes a purchase.
Participating in authorized promotional events.

NO PURCHASE OF POINTS: Use of money to simply "buy" reward points is strictly prohibited and technically blocked.

3. Redemption & Expiry

Redemption: Rewards can only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or specific catalog items on the NSVPL Platform.
No Cash Exchange: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or bank transfer unless part of a specific Affiliate Commission payout scheme subject to tax.
Expiration: Rewards may have an expiration date. Unused rewards will automatically lapse upon expiry.

4. Non-Transferability

Rewards are linked to your personal account. You CANNOT:

Transfer rewards to another user.
Sell rewards on third-party platforms.
Bequeath rewards in a will.

5. Disqualification & Forfeiture

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any user and forfeit all accumulated rewards if:

The user returns the product for which rewards were earned (Clawback).
The user is found to be abusing the system (e.g., fake referrals).
The user violates the Terms of Service.

6. Changes to Program

NSVPL may, at its discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Program, partially or wholly, at any time without prior notice or liability.
